Brad Lomenick is a leadership consultant, speaker, and author best known for founding BLINC, a leadership advisory agency, and previously serving for more than a decade as the lead visionary and president of Catalyst—one of America’s largest and most influential young-leader movements, which convened hundreds of thousands through high-energy conferences. Over the past two decades, he has earned a reputation as a strategic connector and convener of widely respected leaders, working alongside thought leaders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. He is the author of two notable books: The Catalyst Leader: Eight Essentials for Becoming a Change Maker and the best-selling H3 Leadership: Be Humble, Stay Hungry, Always Hustle. Brad also hosts the H3 Leadership Podcast, where he curates weekly insights for high-capacity leaders and interviews world-class thinkers and authors. He continues to serve as a strategic advisor for various organizations while writing, speaking, and convening conversations in the global leadership space. An Oklahoma native now residing near Atlanta, Brad holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hunting, skiing, and golf—and humorously hopes someday to host a hunting show or play on the Senior PGA Tour.
